Residential Services
We are currently contracted to the MOH to provide services under three contracts:
Community Residential Support – We provide 24-hour support and oversight for someone who lives in one of the homes that the Trust owns/leases. All necessary supports including utilities/food are met by the Trust and these services are purchased from the Trust by MOH.
Supported Independent Living – People are supported by us towards independence. There is usually a much lower level of oversight and the Life Styler is living in their own home or hold a tenancy of their own in the community.
Community Day Service – This is a non-residential service meaning that people from the community are supported for the day to access our resources. People are only eligible for the service if they are not currently in our residential services.
