Living Choices

Living Choices is separate from the Trust’s residential service and only looks after non-residential Lifestylers (or people transitioning into our residential service).

We will work together to find a person you are comfortable with supporting you.

We can support you at your home and in the community and can introduce you to the Trust’s Community Spaces.
